How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account page and click “Manage Billing.” You’ll be taken to your Stripe customer portal where you can cancel any time. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you’re within 7 days of your first purchase, email us at hello@helpmyboyfriend.com and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case but we’re reasonable about it.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, by default. Monthly plans renew every 30 days, annual plans renew every year. You can cancel at any time through your Account page or the Stripe portal.
Can I share my account with my girlfriend / boyfriend / partner?
Accounts are per-person and we don’t enforce it strictly, but please don’t share login credentials publicly. If you want multi-user access, get in touch — we’re working on a couples plan.
Why isn’t my Premium access showing after I paid?
Premium activates within 1–2 minutes of payment. If it’s been longer, try signing out and back in to refresh. Still not working? Email us your Stripe receipt and we’ll fix it manually within a few hours.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email hello@helpmyboyfriend.com from the address attached to your account. We’ll delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
Do you have an app?
Yes — sort of. Help My Boyfriend is a progressive web app, which means you can install it directly from your browser. On iOS Safari: tap the Share icon, then “Add to Home Screen.” On Android Chrome: tap the menu, then “Install app.” Looks and feels native, no app store needed.
